Last year we were all set for Baltimore, then, we moved to Utah.

This summer, Baltimore gave us a second chance. We were ready to go!

Our house was under contract twice within two weeks, each falling through within a few days.

Now, nothing. No showings, no offers, nothing.

We are sitting and waiting again.
